FEES

 

Fees are based on a number of factors. I offer a free phone consultation to discuss your needs, my fees, and our mutual expectations before we begin our work together. I will consider a sliding scale fee when appropriate.

INSURANCE

 
 

I am an out-of-network provider. I will provide you with invoices with the necessary diagnostic coding to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company.
